It was a throw back to the days of my youth when salmon patties would somehow make it onto my plate…why were you not cooking in the green linoleum and dark cabinet kitchen when I was growing up? This dish was a mystery that was delicious to solve. I am going to yell like Billy Idol, “More, More More!”.
